As a Director of Wise Finserv, she provides strategic guidance and support to the company in managing respective businesses and is closely involved as a mentor with the investment management business of the group which focuses exclusively on portfolio service for private clients in India and abroad.

She is a Bachelor in Science & M.A from University of Kanpur.

Noopur Singhal, Advocate, LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, is our associate partner and has been on the company legal advisory panel. Ms. Noopur is a B.A(P) Graduate from Delhi University and has Certificate course in Forensic Science. She started her practice in the year 2007 in all kinds of cases i.e. Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Service, Land and Rent Laws and is the chairperson of Local Complaints Committee, New Delhi District, New Delhi since 2016.

She has experience of more than 10 years in litigation side and is handling all kinds of litigations in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and other Tribunals and Courts.

She has successfully conducted litigations in the field of Writ Law (Civil and Criminal), Constitutional Law, Service Law, Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions, Land Acquisition Law, Tort Law, Labour Law, Employment Law, Banking and Matrimonial Law. He specializes in providing international tax, transfer pricing, and domestic taxation services to a wide variety of organizations in different sectors of the economy. Over the years, he has acquired considerable experience in both public and private sector organizations.

• Manas started his career with Grant Thornton in the assurance practice. While being in Grant Thornton, he was involved in the assignments like statutory audit; tax audits; Limited Reviews for listed companies; etc
• He then joined Ernst & Young in its tax & regulatory practice wherein he handled various international tax assignments such as advising large multinational companies on various tax issues; assisting clients with the compliances and litigation in direct taxation till High Court level.
• Thereafter, he joined KPMG in their International tax & regulatory practice. In KPMG, Manas was taking care of the tax & regulatory services for various public sector companies wherein he assisted in the assignments like tax due diligence of such companies and providing the detailed report therein.
• While being in KPMG, he advised clients on Corporate Social Responsibility aspects and related aspects such as obtaining registrations for companies under Section 35AC; Section 35CCC of the Income Tax Act, 1961, etc.
